Just finished working on my Valentines this weekend. I hope to do a few more projects this week and next weekend. A mailbox may or may not be involved 
I’ve really enjoyed using all the techniques I’ve learned over the past year, especially from my Tim Holtz classes and 12 tags of Christmas. I think I am now officially a Tim junky

I went almost all Tim on this one – of course! I used his little guys grunge stamp (sorry, don’t know the name of it LOL), Lost and Found paper stash, grunge board letters, tissue tape, tissue wrap, tiny screw fasteners, banner die cut, and the weathered clock die cut. That’s not to mention the inks! I used the black soot, brushed courderoy, and walnut stain distress ink pads as well as the picket fence distress stain. Happy birthday Tim!
Got the last piece I needed to finish up my final tags. I did it!! So proud of myself

Well I’ve managed to do it this year, I’ve stayed on top of it and have 10 of 10 tags done so far! I am so proud of myself. Thanks go to Kevin for putting up with me locking myself in my craft room all day Here are tags 6-10 – enjoy!

Will probably slack off a little during the week but I’ve stayed caught up so far! Day 5 I didn’t have much luck with his technique and I didn’t have any of the reflections stamps so I kind of did my own thing. I thought I captured the “spirit” of day 5 at least. Enjoy!

I have been so busy creating things for my favorite time of year I haven’t even had time to blog about it! I have had a real creative spurt this year and I hope it carries on long after the fall. Already thinking about Christmas, my second favorite thing to craft about Here are just a few of my creations. Enjoy and Happy Halloween!

I need to remind myself of this lately! I missed the fun make and take project at Scrapbook Page last weekend but I was able to cobble out my own version at home. The main point was playing with gesso. I used it to adhere some pages from a book and as a base for painting – I think it tuned out pretty well, I will definitely be playing more with this technique!
My creation station is complete! Finally, some elbow room for my creative musings
Here is the work in progress – everyone pitched in Kevin and my dad put up the shelves, Kevin’s dad added the electricity to “spark” my imagination, and my mom helped by adding some garage sale finds. What once was a closet is now my playground – thanks for the help everyone!
